Managing Director

Armed with an engineering background and a professional accounting degree from Australia, the young and dynamic entrepreneur stormed the market at the age of 30. Er. ArunSingla has been channelized the drift of his experiences to take Rock and Storm Distilleries to be the perfect launchpad. And now, only sky is the limit.

His vision “To be the best performing and most respected Spirits Company of India” led with the right value of “Passionate about Customers & Consumers” syncs perfectly with the brand attribute of Rock and Storm.

He firmly advocates responsible drinking and is positive towards driving social initiatives with a high synergy of young, dynamic & experience Team.

 

   

MR. PRASHANT ARORA

Managing Director

A Commerce graduate from Delhi University with a strong business acumen, Prashant Arora comes with a rich experience in liquor industry for over 15 years. He specializes in achieving, exceling and diversifying into multiple business verticals. His diversified business interest includes leading multiple wine stores, a strong distribution house, a leading hotelier and also owns prominent chain of bars & restaurants in Delhi. He strongly advocates responsible drinking and promotes various CSR activities.

His experience, with hands-on approach, adventurous instinct, exploring new places and thus willing to impart the vast knowledge is bound to take Rock and Storm to new heights of global success.

 

   

Mr.Vinay Khare

Director – Operations

With a rich experience of over 20 years in the liquor industry, Mr. Vinay Khare has a sharp business acumen. His effective controls on distribution, finance and team building have helped Rock & Storm grow stronger internally as well. His in-depth knowledge about the trade, reading of rules and regulations is a true example of a seasoned core team member and is a great source of inspiration for the entire team. His expertise assures Rock & Storm to accomplish its future endeavors in a dynamic and systematic way. He firmly believes in contributing to the society as well and by managing a charity after his mother’s name.

 

   

MR. AMANDEEP SINGLA

Director – Finance

The Director Finance – He ensures effective strategic & operational financial planning, monitoring & reporting to enhance the decision making process of the sr. Management, really true professional. He his business for the last 8 years and playing a leading role as Director Finance, handling the core Finance across all channels. Company is growing under his good Management & leadership.

 

   

MR. VARUNDEEP SINGLA

Director – Marketing & Sales

The Director – Marketing & Sales, the youngest son of the dynamic Singla family. Very sharp, understands the core business of sales and deeply involves himself across all sales & marketing functions. Manpower handling with maturity, taking tough decisions when required, Team building & motivation are some of his basic qualities. He is making stupendous efforts for the company to grow further, faster and higher together.

 

   

MR. SANDEEP MITTAL

Director – Manufacturing

MR. Mittal has a vast experience of 15 years, across all fields, specialized in the Manufacturing, supply & chain department, besides engaged in various types of businesses. He is the Director (Manufacturing & Supply Chain) in this group. Under his Leadership, production has not only achieved new heights, but Quality control with consistency has been the prime thing besides volume.

 

   

Mr. Ramandeep Singla

Director-Legal

Ramandeep is an honorary graduate from Panjab University’s prestigious University Institute of Legal Studies. A practicing lawyer at the Punjab & Haryana High Court, Ramandeep has enough experience and grit to manage legal affairs at any organisation. His impeccable work ethics and attention to detail make him a formidable practitioner of the law and a valuable asset for his clients.

 

   

MR. ROHAN RATAN KHARE

President Product Innovation

Mr. Rohan Ratan Khare is a perfect example of the zeal-fastened generation. Youngest of the guns, he is passionate about implementing new techniques to the processes. Adept at operations, his only aim is to excel each day in business. A tech-pundit, sports enthusiast and an automobile expert, Rohan provides a lot of energy to each project of Rock & Storm and his approach to business is magnetic and addictive.

Master’s in Business Administration & IRPM & Having 18 year’s experience in various FMCG Organizations & out of which 8 years core experience in Liquor Industry. Establish and implement efficient systems and procedure to ensure prompt services & effective control in various fields. Mainly responsible for ensuring that as we scale our operation we recruit correctly, maintain a very low attrition, and regularize all the “HR SYSTEM AND POLICIES” in place that is aligned with our culture & dynamic nurturing of our business, in line with the vision of the company.

 

MR. R.K TYAGI

Unit Head

More than 31 years’ experience in Sugar & Liquor industry. Masters in M.Sc (Organic Chemistry) & got DIFAT & expertise in all operations regarding Distilleries & Bottling. Currently playing a leading MR role in Mother Unit of ROCK AND STORM GROUP.

 

SATISH KUMAR GOYAL

Sr. Manager Accounts

Managing company’s financial accounting, monitoring reporting system and very strong in execution 0f all process. He maintains cordial relationship with e.g. Auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations. Overall responsible for providing financial advice and support to clients & colleagues to enable them to make sound business decisions. The company is poised to earn new laurels and set even greater benchmarks for others to emulate, and this is just the beginning…

 

ANURAG VERMA

G.M. Sales Delhi

Responsible for Delhi sales operation.Anurag is an MBA on International Business and Marketing, Responsible for Delhi State operation with a vast experience of 15 Years. He has worked with ABD, Modi, Bacardi etc., gaining the experience of IMFL and International Brands. Overall all strategic & operational marketing & customer relationship is well coordinated and executed by him very effectively, has a full-fledged Team of Team Leaders and TSE for effective distribution / serving of Retails.

 

Amit Kapoor

GM Sales – Uttarakhand

Amit has over fifteen years of experience in the liquor manufacturing and bottling industry. He is an expert salesman and has an in-depth understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour. He is unmatched when it comes to sales and distribution – a supreme asset to any company.

 

ANURAG VASHISHT

AVP Paramilitary & Defence Business

An accomplished veteran in the liquor industry having experience of more than a decade with established groups like UB, Radico Khaitan Ltd & John distilleries Pvt. Ltd, Anurag Vashisht brings with him the unique acumen of spearheading prestigious projects and culling a success story around them. Armed with a Management Degree and a proven experience of building great teams, he enjoys the distinction of having excellent liaisons both with the ​CSD And Paramilitary across​ India.

Dharmendra Raj, Passed MBA(Marketing & HR) from Guru Nanak Institute of management ,New Delhi (Affiliated from Indraprastha University New Delhi , Having More than 8 Years of Experience in Hardcore Sales & Marketing ,Channel Sales ,Distribution Management, Brand Launch and Promotion , Team handling. Brand Management, Strategic Planning, Revenue Generation, Relationship Management.

Adroit at developing new market segments and promoting products to generate additional profits & revenue, Deft at devising & implementing pre & post marketing activities for successfully launching new products, Expertise in delegating the execution of Market Plan and implementation effective business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability norms, An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and client relationship management Skills, Adept at managing & executing various promotional activities and escalating business and market coverage, Proficient at providing value added services by resolving customer’s issues & ensuring their satisfaction with the product and service norms. SHASHANK SHARMA

Sales Head, Chhattisgarh

He is the head of sales and marketing team in Chhattisgarh, India’s fastest growing state. He has done an MBA in Marketing Banking and Finance, due to which he has had a good experience of banking and customer relationship. In the role of Senior Project Manager in various Government Projects, he has also had a profound experience working with government officials.

Along with his previous experiences, Rock and Storm Chhattisgarh’s first State Head encouraged his team at every step, discharging the responsibility of marketing and sales.
